So Spumoni milk was a relative failure. Spumoni dessert martini-cocktail, on the other hand, TASTES BETTER THAN ANGEL KISSES.
1/2 c pistachio pudding (1/2 c almond milk, 1/4 package pudding mix)
1 teaspoon maraschino cherry juice
3 malt milk balls.
Mix pudding. Drizzle juice. Plop balls.
Also what you can’t see are the debris-layer of maraschino cherries and dried cherries (because they don’t float in pudding… who knew) and whip cream (because I ate most of it already).
Reason the surface looks kinda terrifying: apparently when you drizzle/squirt/use a meat injector syringe to apply mari cherry juice to pudding, it makes these otherworldy little dips and caverns that you can look into. Really neat effect, but looks freaky when you’re trying to put it in an adorable ice cream martini cup.
Definitely will try this again and again because OH MY HOLY BUTTS DOES THIS TASTE AMAZING.
Spumoni martini: success!
